This class is suitable for beginners and improvers who are seeking gentle guidance and inspiring seasonal projects.
Jonathan has designed this two-part class to refresh your skills and spark your creativity as we head into the Spring. Over the two sessions you will explore loose washes, colour mixing, and expressive mark making to capture skies, fresh greenery, and Spring flowers in the landscape. We will be using mainly watercolour, with the addition of white gouache or ink to add flowers to the landscape.
Working from photographs, you will build confidence in your painting skills as you follow along with step-by-step demonstrations as Jonathan shows you how to create luminous Spring scenes.
